General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with any applicable order form, statement of work, master service agreement, subscription agreement, or other written commercial agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the applicable Services and supersede prior understandings relating to the same subject matter.
No waiver of any provision shall be effective unless made in writing by an authorized representative of Minchu Analytics. Failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
